Richard Vickers became Chief Executive Officer at Search Recruitment Group in September 2019. With over 20 years in the recruitment industry, he joins Search from his previous role with PageGroup North America. As Regional Managing Director there, he was responsible for shaping and growing Michael Page business across the USA and Canada.
Having returned to his native Yorkshire, he is now leading Search through an exciting new chapter with expertise and passion for an industry he loves.
Richard is based in West Yorkshire and has three children. Richard is a big Leeds United Football Fan and has a passion for horse-racing.
Stuart’s career prior to joining Search included nine years with Deloitte where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and four years as Group Financial Controller of Stockland UK.
Stuart is a fitness enthusiast and recently completed a quadrathlon.
Having joined H2 Equity Partners in 1996, Patrick has over 20 years experience in “building better businesses” and has broad sector and operational experience.
His interests include motor sports, outdoor activities (diving) holidays and fine dining. Patrick is married to Anna and they have two young children.
Katherine joined H2 in 2011 after six years in investment banking. She is responsible for both investing and portfolio work.
Katherine graduated from Cambridge University with a BA (Hons) in Economics and an MPhil in Industrial Systems, Manufacturing and Management.
Her interests include swimming, travelling, food and photography.
Grahame is a Non-Executive Officer at Search Recruitment Group, having been with the group since leading the first management buy out in 2000. He was also behind the most recent management buy out in May 2017 which resulted in new investment from H2 Equity Partners.
Grahame has been involved in the recruitment industry since 1978. He started his first business, Xpert Recruitment in 1981, which grew organically from one office to 14 offices across the South of England and was sold to Kelly Services in 1991.
In the same year, Grahame was appointed UK Managing Director for Kelly Services. During the next eight years Grahame oversaw the significant growth of Kelly’s UK business to approximately £216 million of turnover and around 900 staff, before assuming responsibility for Kelly’s Northern European business.
Grahame’s interests include horse racing, Chelsea Football Club and cricket.
